A green factory is defined as a building that consumes minimal resources of the planet and produces the minimal waste. The goal is to minimize impact on the environment and the health of the people working there.
Our building’s entire life cycle—location, design, construction, use, maintenance, and demolition—is based on the efficient, mindful use of natural resources and on providing a beautiful, pleasant working environment. We are guided by these Nine Green Building Indicators established by Taiwan’s National Council for Sustainable Development under the Ministry of the Interior (MOI).
We do this not for praise or recognition—though we’re humbly appreciative of these. We do this because the earth is our home, because its people are our friends and family, because its life forms are the air we breathe. So, we start with ourselves, and strive to create the ripple.
