The DD―04 combines lat pulldown and seated row in a single unit― addressing both vertical and horizontal pull patterns without doubling your equipment footprint.

A diverging arm trajectory and rotating handles follow the natural pull path, keeping shoulder mechanics aligned throughout each movement. A descending resistance profile maintains appropriate load as the muscle approaches its shortened position.
