Chest Press / Shoulder Press

The DD―01 combines chest press and shoulder press in a single unit ―covering two fundamental upper―body exercises without the floor space of two separate machines.

An upward arc pressing path and converging independent arms follow the body’s natural movement, reducing shoulder strain while supporting balanced upper―body development. Multiple back pad positions and a descending resistance profile allow the machine to adapt to a wide range of users.
