This year at FIBO 2025 in Cologne, the world’s leading trade show for fitness, wellness, and health, we had the opportunity to sit down for an exclusive interview right on the exhibition floor. Surrounded by the buzz of industry innovation and the unveiling of Intenza’s latest premium strength equipment, we spoke with Titanium Fitness who shared firsthand insights into why Intenza stands out in a competitive market and how our equipment has elevated their members’ experience and business success.
The quality of Intenza is the best in the market. In the past, we bought different brands like Life Fitness, Technogym, and Star Trac, but Intenza delivers the best quality and design. It fits us the best from our perspective: great covers, consoles, and durability are perfect. Intenza conveys “premium—ness.” We first noticed Intenza’s equipment in a lot of gyms in Dubai, which made the gyms look premium and caught our interest.
Escalate: It’s the first and only stair climber in the market that can change the level of the step height and incline. Our members love this feature, the smoothness of the machine, as well as the consoles, with Netflix, YouTube, etc. The build quality feels great when you use it.
Mark, the CEO, has a passion for the products, and every detail is very important to him, as well as his experience and vision. The products are just the best in the business.
There were no specific challenges, but over the years, our Intenza equipment has literally zero issues. Intenza’s total solution is special. We were looking for something unique, and Intenza fit the bill. We wanted to stand out from the rest of the competition, which uses standard and similar—looking products. Intenza equipment has made it very special for our customers, so they have a great feeling about the gym.
Currently, we are the only one in our market that has Intenza’s equipment. The investment is worth it in the long term just because of the reliability and how it has enhanced the user experience and facility.
We had previous equipment that didn’t include fans on their treadmills and received a lot of feedback from our clients. With Intenza, we fulfilled those requests and feedback. Our clients only had positive things to say and no complaints.
Yes, of course, we would recommend it to other facilities. They are great—looking machines that are very durable.
With the new product lines, such as racks and balls, dumbbells, etc., we would love to see how we can continue supporting Intenza in our facility.
