InCare™ Support, is the area of our Service Desk where global partners, and affiliated professionals have access, through an agile gateway, to the hybrid knowledgebank and smart self—service portal housing our database of articles, resources and solutions as well as comprehensive information about Intenza’s award—winning equipment.  And, through the online ticketing system all customer support requests are managed in one place allowing Team Intenza CS to track and have a complete view of our clients and their support journey.  By maintaining fast response times and building out our support portal with instructional videos, and reference material, we meet our partners’ needs through information on—demand and via training workshops which offer product insight on a practical level.

Training Skilled Professionals

Helping people to live healthier lives is our mission and keeping equipment in tip—top shape for facility owners and managers is our goal.  To achieve minimised equipment downtime, service training is a priority.  Globally, we host two service trainings (each) in North America, EMEA and APAC.  Our growth is fueled by training, both in maintaining and using our products, therefore only Intenza—certified training courses qualify our Field Service Technician partners to deliver the quality and world—class service synonymous with Intenza.
